We are a professional family-owned business providing accommodation to students in Worthing since 2007. Our tenants attend the local College. We aim to provide safe, clean and homely accommodation in good locations to students to make their time in Worthing enjoyable and as productive as possible.
If you are applying for a single student room you may apply for a room in one of our properties. If you are a group of students applying for one of our houses you may all apply to rent rooms in the same house together or rent the whole house between you.

I joined Patterson Portfolio in 2024. I am a former property lawyer with an abundance of experience dealing with lettings issues. I live locally with my two cockapoos. I am a gym bunny and motor car enthusiast.

I joined Patterson Portfolio in November 2017, this is my first experience working in property lettings having previously worked in banking and in advertising for a local newspaper group. I am enjoying my role having responsibility for property maintenance, check in/check outs and monthly visits to the student properties. I live locally to the office with my family and have two children and two cats. At the weekends you will usually find me following my football team, Brighton & Hove Albion around the country, I also enjoy walking and spending time with my family & friends.
